What I Offer

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving us feeling stuck, exhausted, anxious, or disconnected from ourselves and others. Reaching out for support can feel difficult, but therapy can provide a space to better understand your experiences, develop practical tools, and work towards meaningful change, at a pace that feels right for you.

I offer one-to-one online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for those experiencing a range of difficulties, including:

  • Stress and overwhelm

  • Anxiety

  • Depression and low mood

  • Panic

  • Low self esteem

  • Grief and loss

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Burnout

  • Anger

Sessions take place online, lasting 50 minutes, and are tailored to your individual needs.
